The Inside Sales Account manager will be responsible in managing the accounts assigned to him/her under the Book of Business and 1) retain the customer base by renewing their annual subscription aligned with business strategies and to 2) to grow the existing customer portfolio by actively hunting opportunities within the existing customer base and identifying sales opportunities and increasing the business unit's value. Accountabilities: Manage an existing book of business (i.e. in charge of renewing customers with existing contracts) Meet Sales Team Objectives including but not limited to the following: Retention activities through working in advance Generate Upsell opportunities and convert forecasted pipeline to sales Engage with customers to verify user experience and identify pain points Drive conversations based on mutual understanding with customer needs and address with value-led proposals Collaborate with cross-functional partners to extend the positive customer experience Other duties may be assigned Qualifications: At least 2 years of inside sales/account management experience (preferably B2B Sales) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required Experience handling with CRM tool is a plus (preferably Salesforce) Global territory management experience is preferred (North America, EMEA or APAC)
