- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products or services.
- Identify and qualify sales leads based on established criteria.
- Explain product features and benefits to potential customers and answer their questions.
- Manage and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Follow up with customers to close sales deals and secure customer orders.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively sell to customers.
- Proven experience in telemarketing or telesales
- Excellent communication and persuasive skills
- Ability to work well in a team and individually
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to handle rejection and objection professionally
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in the IT industry is a huge plus
