Analyze client profiles and usage data to design targeted initiatives that align with client needs and drive service value.
Proactively monitor account performance and implement improvements to optimize client experience.
Conduct regular client meetings to present performance reports, support renewal planning, and discuss potential service enhancements.
Educate client representatives on available health programs, wellness initiatives, and support resources.
Plan and deliver multi-channel communication campaigns to promote health awareness, preventive care, and service utilization.
Collect and assess client feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and innovation.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, account status, membership data, and utilization trends.
Manage the renewal process including negotiation of terms and finalization of agreements to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
Oversee timely collection of client payments associated with renewals and service agreements.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., support services, provider relations, marketing) to ensure consistent and high-quality client experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in client engagement, account management, or a related function within the health benefits, insurance, or services industry.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across various organizational levels.
Customer-focused mindset with proven relationship-building capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and coordinate across teams to resolve issues.

Strong organizational and project management abilities.
