- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve area targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of field sales representatives.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Expand and sustain the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional campaigns and drive market presence.
- Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide regular performance updates, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and routes to market.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and development of sales staff to enhance team capability.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in apparel or retail.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
- Willingness to work in a field-based role with regular travel within the assigned area.
