Responsibilities Oversee and manage the operations of multiple food and beverage outlets within the assigned area. Ensure all outlets consistently deliver excellent customer service and product quality. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Monitor financial performance, including sales reports, budgets, and cost controls. Lead, train, and motivate Store Managers and staff to achieve operational goals. Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards. Conduct regular store visits and operational audits to maintain company standards. Handle customer concerns and resolve issues that are escalated beyond store management. Collaborate with the HR team on staffing, training, and employee relations matters. Prepare and submit operational and performance reports to management. Support the roll-out of new products, promotions, and marketing activities across outlets. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field (preferred). At least 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the food and beverage/retail industry. Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets effectively. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
