
Sales Representative (Commission-based, Bulacan)

- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients, including individuals, families, and community members, to promote and educate them about Dearly Departed cremation services.
- Conduct informative and empathetic consultations to explain cremation packages, urn options, memorialization products, and additional offerings.
- Tailor service recommendations based on the client’s unique needs, preferences, and cultural considerations.
- Guide clients through the entire decision-making process with clarity, patience, and sensitivity.
- Maintain a strong understanding of local market trends, competitor services, and community-specific end-of-life needs.
- Accurately document all client interactions, sales progress, and commissionable transactions while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Represent Dearly Departed Crematorium with professionalism, empathy, and integrity at all times.
- Proven experience in sales or client-facing roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- High level of empathy, emotional intelligence, and sensitivity in discussing end-of-life matters.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently under a flexible schedule.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with the local community in Bulacan.
- Willingness to travel within the area as needed.
- Must have a means of transportation (car or motorcycle).
- Experience in healthcare, insurance, memorial, or related service-based industries.
- Background in handling sensitive client matters with discretion and professionalism.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or digital tracking systems.
