Pay Structure: Commission-based. $ per qualified live call + % closed dealsAt Reef, we help top talent find remote roles with established companies across Western markets.We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive lead generation and appointment setting for our Australia-based recruitment agency. You’ll own outbound prospecting on LinkedIn, cold call senior HR and hiring managers, and book qualified meetings that convert to closed placements.Success means a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads aligned with our ideal client profile and agreed targets. You’ll operate remotely, coordinating with our Sydney-based team and clients across AEST/AEDT.Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience delivering sales results in recruitment or staffing firms
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms (e.g. High Level, Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Strong cold calling track record with experience setting appointments and handling gatekeepers
- Excellent written and spoken English for clear outreach messaging and client conversations
- Comfortable with a commission-based remuneration model tied to qualified appointments and closed deals
- Fast and reliable internet connection; your own laptop or desktop suitable for the role; a quiet working environment; a good quality microphone or headset.
