The right candidate will: Facilitate an effective employee onboarding and offboarding process Payroll and Benefits Administration with strict adherence to regulatory compliance, reporting and up to date record management Assist in developing and executing HR procedures and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations Consistently develop and maintain HR related documentations, policies, procedures, position descriptions, contracts and other HR related assets Deliver programs, activities and events to maximise employee retention Facilitate 201 compliance Source candidates through various channels and perform basic recruitment tasks such as initial screening and endorsement of qualified applicants. Develop and implement a succession plan that aligns with the organization&aposs long-term objectives and key talent gaps by educating and training high-potential second-in-command employee/s Qualifications: Bachelor&aposs degree in Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
