Collaborate with a diverse team on impactful projects that improve lives while fostering your personal and professional growth.The Clinic Field Operations Officer ensures smooth clinic operations by coordinating activities, ensuring compliance, conducting audits and training, and managing client relations to maintain quality service delivery.Key Responsibilities

Foster alignment between headquarters, medical staff, site POCs, and account stakeholders through clear communication and effective issue resolution
Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure coordination and compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and client requirements
Conduct regular onsite audits to assess clinic performance, identify process improvements, and ensure adherence to quality standards
Lead the planning and execution of emergency response simulations and guide staff on proper protocols
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance clinic operations and service delivery
Serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns, questions, and feedback, proactively enhancing client satisfaction
