We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI Designer to join our innovative product team. As a Senior UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our products across web, iOS, and Android platforms. You will be responsible for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that enhance user experience and engagement. Your role will involve close collaboration with product managers, and developers to ensure that our products are both beautiful and functional.We are seeking someone who is passionate about design, detail-oriented, and committed to staying current with industry trends and best practices. You should be open to feedback and continuously strive to improve your design skills.Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling and user-friendly interfaces for web, iOS, and Android platforms.
Develop and maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual assets for development.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance our design processes.
Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

A link to your portfolio showcasing your UI design work for web and mobile applications.
Strong knowledge of visual design principles, including layout, typography, color theory, and brand development.
Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
Extensive experience in creating high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual assets.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end development frameworks.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating pixel-perfect designs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field is preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in UI design, with a proven track record of delivering visually stunning digital products.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare technology or a related field.
Leadership experience, with the ability to mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative design culture.
