- Lead UX research efforts to drive web template structure, navigation, and interaction patterns
- Define research objectives, methodologies, and success criteria
- Translate research findings into actionable UX insights and design recommendations
- Design, iterate, and refine wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma, ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand alignment
- Support handoff of UX designs to content authors and collaborate with publishing teams post-launch to optimize templates.
- Plan, conduct, and synthesize UX research (usability testing, interviews, surveys, heuristics) to guide web template structure, navigation, and interaction patterns.
- Translate research findings into actionable UX insights and design recommendations for Figma wireframes and prototypes.
- Validate designs through usability testing before and after launch to ensure alignment with user needs and project goals.
- Design, iterate, and refine wireframes, user flows, and prototypes in Figma while ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand alignment.
- Ensure designs are feasible for implementation within Optimizely template structures.
- Maintain consistency across components, templates, and interactions following brand and UX guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the UX designer, content authors, and content publishing team to ensure smooth handoff of designs and templates.
- Provide clear documentation of design decisions and UX rationale to support implementation.
- Maintain, implement, and promote brand, UX, and accessibility guidelines across web projects.
- Contribute to enhancing UX patterns and the design system.
- Identify improvements for web templates, workflows, and user experiences based on research insights.
- Stay updated on UX trends, tools, and methodologies to uplift team capabilities.
- Recommend and prototype innovative solutions balancing user needs and technical feasibility.
- Years of experience: 5-7 years
- Bachelor's degree in fine arts, Advertising, or Marketing
- In-depth experience in UX design, user research, and usability practices, including research planning, prototyping, testing, and design iteration
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable for template feasibility and handoff understanding
- Experience with UserTesting tool for planning, conducting, and analyzing usability studies is a plus
- Ability to translate business goals and research insights into effective, scalable web templates and experiences
- Experience with design systems, pattern libraries, or reusable components
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills to manage multiple template projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for reporting research findings and design rationale
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including designers, content authors, and stakeholders, in a multicultural environment
- Creative, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset, with ability to generate innovative design solutions
