- Join Sales calls or review client requirements to understand workflows, pain points, and goals
- Run client discovery sessions and translate vague problems into clear requirements
- Ask smart questions and propose potential AI/automation-based solutions
- Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows or streamline delivery systems
- Create solution architecture docs or flowcharts using tools like Whimsical, Notion, or FigJam
- Design automation flows using Zapier, Make.com, or structured prompts (GPT/OpenAI)
- Write solution briefs, task outlines, and handoff documents for the technical team
- Collaborate with Tier 2 Engineers and DevOps on feasibility and system design
- Ensure solutions are executed as scoped
- Clarify requirements during build, answer blockers, and suggest fixes when needed
- Join launch calls or client onboarding to reinforce delivery quality
- Help improve handoff flow between Sales → Solutions → Execution
- Fully remote role (must be PH-based, async-first culture)
- Full-time: $1,200–$1,500/month

- Training and mentorship in AI tools, process strategy, and automation platforms
- 3+ years of experience in client strategy, technical project management, or workflow design
- Strong understanding of automation and AI tools (Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, OpenAI/GPT, Notion)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Comfortable translating business goals into workflow logic
- Strong process mindset and ability to organize messy inputs
- Bonus: Has created SOPs, solution architecture, or product requirements in a past role
- Bonus: Experience in SaaS, consulting, or agency operations
