Some of the strategic support that we provide includes:Capital calls and distributionsAudit/tax supportPre/post close servicesQuarterly and annual financialsLimited Partner communicationsBring transparency to founders, VCs, and LPs and help our clients make more accurate decisions by helping them utilize our tools and resources such as:Real-time IRRReal-time portfolio dataProvide additional data points (TVPI, RVPI)RequirementsJob Requirements and Credentials:0-1 year of professional accounting experience0-1 year closed-end fund accounting experienceAccounting or finance degreeExperience in interpreting and understanding Limited Partnership AgreementsHave strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and accurately judge when to make decisions versus escalating themInterested in providing best-in-class-serviceCommunicates information in a timely, appropriate, and effective manner to all relevant stakeholders and are able to multitask to meet multiple deadlinesHave an understanding of Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund of Funds, Fund Administration.Experience in working on Crypto funds will be advantageous.Have advanced Microsoft Office skills with Investran experienceInterested in working on projects in a fast paced environment with a supportive team and as an individual
