JOB OVERVIEWAs the Scheduling & Client Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers, handling scheduling, communication, and quotes. This role requires someone who is organized, proactive, and skilled at multitasking while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage client appointments daily, adjusting schedules as needed for changes, weather delays, or urgent service requests.Handle incoming calls, service inquiries, and quote requests, guiding potential clients through our offerings and booking their services.Prepare and send service quotes promptly, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.Act as the main point of contact between clients and the roofing/gutter crews, relaying messages, updates, or job-specific instructions clearly.Monitor and manage the company's email inbox, responding quickly to inquiries, reschedule requests, and follow-ups.Schedule and update jobs in our CRM software, ensuring every detail is accurate - from property address to special service requirements.Follow up with leads and past clients to maximize conversions, retention, and satisfaction.Assist with problem-solving and issue resolution, always aiming to provide excellent customer service.Track crew availability, time-off requests, and job routing to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.RequirementsAt least 1 year of BPO, Executive Assistant, or similar client coordination experience.Strong organizational and communication skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple priorities.Experience in scheduling, customer service, or construction/roofing admin tasks is a plus.????
