- → Respond to inbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner
- → Provide accurate information to customers regarding the products, services and policies
- → Assist customers with orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges
- → Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- → Follow-up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction
- → Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate teams or managers
- → Continuously develop knowledge of Home Depot products, services and policies
- → Meet performance targets for customer satisfaction, productivity, and quality
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
