- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business needs for enhancements of commercial applications especially the CRM.
- Configure and customize the commercial application to align with business processes and requirements.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous data governance and management practices.
- Develop and provide training to maximize CRM system adoption and user efficiency.
- Generate and analyze CRM reports to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into Power BI.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise visualizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into CRM and analytics solutions.
- Support the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance lead generation, customer engagement and loyalty.
- Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems and tools.
- Stay updated on the latest Salesforce and Power BI features and best practices.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to expand skillset.
- This role will also provide support to the CET and Toronto teams during planned weeks or on an as-needed basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM management, specifically with Salesforce.
- Proficiency in Power BI with a strong experience of data visualization and reporting, Power Query and DAX.
- Solid understanding of CRM principles and best practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Business Analyst) are a plus.
- Experience with other data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) is an advantage.
