We're looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our growing team!About the Role:As our Senior Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing corporate liquidity, investments, and risk management. This position is responsible for all aspects of cash management, from forecasting and reconciliations to optimizing financial systems and reporting to senior leadership.You will provide leadership and guidance to ensure our financial operations are timely, accurate, and in full compliance with internal policies and local regulations.Key Responsibilities:Direct day-to-day cash management operations and bank relationshipsMonitor and forecast cash flow (weekly, monthly, quarterly)Analyze variances and develop strategies to optimize the company’s cash positionOversee investment, loan, and risk proceduresLiaise with banks and maintain secure financial recordsSupport financial reporting and cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Project Mgmt., etc.)Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including tax planning and submissionsContinuously improve internal systems and reporting processesPerform other tasks as assigned by the PresidentQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)At least 8 years of related experience, with 3 years in a supervisory or lead roleCPA or MBA preferred (but not required depending on experience)Strong understanding of GAAP and financial risk managementExcellent communication, leadership, and analytical skillsTech-savvy with experience in financial systems and toolsWhat We Offer:Competitive salary (Php 90k–100k)Annual performance-based salary adjustmentHealth InsuranceLocal training and professional developmentCompany laptop + postpaid mobile phone plan📨 Ready to take the next step in your finance career?
