As a Sr. Finance Manager - International Finance Transformation, you are responsible for Responsibilities: Depending on home location, travelling to our locations in Asia or the US, partnering with our teams around the globe to create a roadmap of systems and process integration with the goal of a more standardized approach to financial reporting and analytics across the enterprise Be a Change Leader. Partnering with IBU Leadership, company Finance, and IT to drive initiatives for clear business reporting Creating a roadmap for previously acquired businesses to be fully integrated into the enterprise, with a standardized approach to driving business decisions Partnering with IBU Finance Leadership to develop a future state financial team structure with clearly defined roles, responsibilities and expectations aligned with enterprise strategy execution Clearly defining commercial spend types in the IBU P&L, and implement a plan for standardization and optimization of accounting for the different kinds of market investment leading to a clearer picture of investment return Establishing a framework for current and future state master data needs to support clear, consistent reporting Defining procedures and reporting needs to get to a clear profitability picture across the enterprise at the product and customer level Developing and maintaining strong relationships at all levels of the organization Continuously learning the business including competitive landscape and operational strategies as you work with members across functions to establish future state system, people, and process support needs Partnering with finance and international IBP (Integrated Business Planning) leadership to create a roadmap and execution plan to align systematic forecasting across company Participating on various project teams as needed What you already have... Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required Seven or more (7+) years of accounting and finance experience required; experience in strong finance business partnering cross-functionally in an international environment preferred Strong systems background - ability to connect business needs to system and process. Knowledge of SAP including Business Planning and Consolidation tools and Power BI preferred.
