Help us grow a high-performing equine supplement brand across NZ & Australia The Trainers Locker is a fast-growing ecommerce business selling premium equine supplements to horse trainers across New Zealand and Australia. We're looking for a self-driven, reliable, and creative marketing assistant who can take charge of executing our marketing calendar, improving our Shopify site, and managing digital ads and promotions. You'll be working directly with the founder and alongside our content creator to help us drive revenue and improve how the brand shows up online. This is a remote role, ideally suited to someone based in the Philippines. Experience in ecommerce and marketing coordination is a must. ???? What you&aposll do: Plan and execute quarterly promotional and content calendars based on racing seasons and industry events in NZ/AU Coordinate marketing campaigns across email, social media, blog, website, and Meta/TikTok ads Manage and optimize Shopify product/collection pages for SEO, upsell, loyalty points, and AOV improvements Support ad campaigns with creative input, basic editing, and tracking performance Work independently while tying in with our existing content creator's work Occasionally liaise with third-party providers (web developers, shipping partners, etc.) What you bring: 2-4 years experience in ecommerce or marketing coordination (Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, etc.) Familiarity with SEO, paid social ads, and seasonal campaign planning Excellent written English and attention to detail A strong sense of ownership and pride in producing great results Comfortable working autonomously, communicating clearly, and staying organised Bonus points if you: Have experience with NZ/AU ecommerce audiences Understand equine or animal supplement markets (or are keen to learn) Have graphic design or video editing skills ????
