
Key Account Supervisor

- Manage day-to-day operations and performance of assigned key accounts (e.g., supermarkets, drugstores, retail chains).
- Lead a team of account specialists or merchandisers in executing trade plans and promotions.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Monitor account performance, analyze sales reports, and develop action plans to meet targets.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely delivery, billing, and execution of programs.
- Resolve client issues efficiently and professionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in key account management or sales supervision (preferably in FMCG or retail).
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and client servicing skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge in sales or ERP systems is a plus.
- Willing to travel or be field-based when needed.
