Overview: Lean Solutions Group is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing logistics division. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will help manage shipments from booking to delivery, ensuring that both local and international shipments are handled accurately, efficiently, and in line with our service standards. You will work closely with agents, carriers, and internal teams to make sure every shipment is completed on time and according to client needs. No prior logistics experience is required-we will provide the necessary training. What matters most is your willingness to learn, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. Key Responsibilities: Assist in processing booking requests and shipment instructions from clients and partners. Help review shipment data and coordinate with carriers to secure space. Learn to use our Transportation Management System (TMS) to create and manage bookings. Assist in preparing shipment documents such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading. Monitor and update shipment status, communicating schedules and any changes to stakeholders. Keep organized records of shipment information and documentation. Work with other departments (pricing, documentation, finance) to support smooth operations. Provide updates to clients regarding booking changes, delivery timelines, and document requests. Qualifications: Open to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a related field. Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email communication). Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred but Not Required: Familiarity with shipping terms, Incoterms, or cargo documentation.
