As a Management Trainee, you will be trained to become a Showroom Officer who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. This role involves engaging with customers, managing product displays, and maintaining a welcoming and organized showroom environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Strong academic record and a demonstrated interest in pursuing a management career.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of motivation and a proactive attitude.
Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles and responsibilities.
Flexibility to relocate or travel as needed.
