- Market Research: Conducting initial product and market research, in collaboration with the brand team.
- Brand Development: Working closely with the brand team to shape and define the brand's identity and strategy.
- Launch: Assisting in the launch of the brand, ensuring a smooth and successful market entry.
- Scaling: Actively contributing to the growth and expansion of the brand.
- Assortment Growth: Aiding in the expansion of the product range to meet market demands and trends.
- Platform and Market Expansion: Working on expanding the brand's presence to more platforms and markets.
- Marketing Channel Expansion: Assisting in broadening the reach through various marketing channels.
- In the Brand Incubation Team, MTs will focus on launching a new set of brands, applying their learned experience in brand creation and market introduction.
- In the Brand Scaling Team, MTs will be assigned to specific brands, concentrating on strategies and activities that contribute to the growth and expansion of these established brands.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration, Marketing Management, Finance/Accounting, Management Engineering, or equivalent.
- Professional Experience: Not required, but previous experience in marketing, business development, or related fields is advantageous.
