- Conduct outbound calls to breeder leads using structured scripts and qualifying questions.
- Introduce the Protection System in a clear, confident, and professional manner.
- Build rapport through a friendly, no-pressure, relationship-led approach.
- Handle objections effectively while guiding breeders toward meaningful engagement—not just quick conversions.
- Convert suitable breeders into participants in the Protection System.
- Clearly communicate the program’s value and onboarding requirements.
- Ensure breeders complete all necessary steps to successfully join.
- Take ownership of breeder activation, ensuring sign-ups translate into real usage.
- Proactively follow up with breeders to guide them toward their first litter submission (primary success metric).
- Maintain consistent engagement and support to move breeders from sign-up to active participation.
- Identify and address drop-off points in the activation journey.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date breeder records in HubSpot.
- Track breeder progress from initial contact through to activation.
- Ensure clear ownership, status updates, and activity logs for reporting and KPI tracking.
- Demonstrate strong follow-through and structured pipeline management.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Clear, professional phone communication that is easily understood by Australian customers.
- Strong rapport-building and listening skills.
- High level of coachability and openness to feedback.
- Strong cultural fit with a friendly, no-pressure, relationship-first approach.
- Comfortable making outbound calls every day and working to KPI targets.
- Strong follow-up habits and personal accountability.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, customer service, appointment-setting, or sales support.
- Experience using HubSpot or another CRM.
- Exposure to pets, breeders, insurance, or a related industry.
- Performance will be measured across both activity and outcomes.
- Attempted Calls = 50–80 per day
- Connected Calls = 10–20 per day (20–25% from call attempt)
- Breeder Sign-Ups = 15–20 per week
- First Litter Submissions = 20 per month
- CRM: HubSpot
- Reporting: HubSpot dashboards and breeder KPI reporting
- Calling Scripts & Workflow Templates: Provided by PetsOnMe
- Communication Channels: Phone, Email, HubSpot Tasks, Google Drive
- 15–20 breeder sign-ups per week.
- 20 first litter submissions per month.
- Consistent daily outbound activity against call and conversation targets.
- Accurate visibility of breeder activity and progress in HubSpot.
- Virtual attendance at company meetings as required.
- Be available for meetings and collaboration during core [AEST or PHT] business hours
- Disclose any existing ongoing roles or client work
- Reflect this engagement on their LinkedIn profile (clearly marked as “Independent Contractor”)
