The position is primarily responsible for ensuring the relevance of the Customer Value Proposition of the assigned Credit Card&aposs program area. The person ensures the program area's growth performance. This includes the proposal, development and delivery of key projects which will drive innovation and support the business' overall strategy and objectives . This position shall manage the complete lifecycle (product conceptualization, development, launch, awareness and trial) of such by working closely with technology services, sales, marketing services and business and customer analytics.
