The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, execution, and closing of IT projects, within scope, budget, and timeline. A strong understanding of project management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams are essential.Key Responsibilities

Manage ISD (Information System Division) projects from initiation to completion.
Collaborate with teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders/steering committee. Ensure project documentation and reports are up to date. Support project lead with administrative tasks and coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in IT project management, software development, or a related area, preferably with exposure to banking, finance, loans, or accounting.
Familiar in project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.).
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities. PMP, CAPM, or Agile certifications (preferred but not required).
