Job Description Support Rockwell Cebu operations by ensuring efficient office systems and warranting that administrative requirements are thoroughly in place. Process payables of suppliers and manpower providers Oversee upkeep and maintenance of entire office, equipment, fixtures, furniture, vehicles, and company-owned condo units. Facilitate hotel and flight bookings. Preparation of general and administrative budget and administration of petty cash system with appropriate record system. Procurement of administrative requirements, canvassing, purchase of supplies, and orders for the trouble-free operations of Rockwell Cebu. Act as a point person on the overall operational concerns and issues. Minimum Qualification Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any business-related course.
