Architect

• Assist Principal Architect with preparation of Architectural Drawings
• Distribute architectural drawings to engineering consultants (mechanical, electrical, fire protection, fire detection and alarm, plumbing and sanitary) and develop a working knowledge in evaluating proposed MEFPS drawings
• Prepare and distribute shop drawings and details if necessary
• Be able to prepare visual aids / perspective renders for client presentations or as deemed necessary
• Prepare and submit LGU permit requirements : barangay clearances, DOLE safety plans, Building Permits, Locational Clearances, Occupancy Permits Reflect necessary revisions on plans during construction and inform involved tradesmen, contractors, specialists, and stakeholders
• Prepare As-built Plans
• Be able to communicate with clients, designers, contractors, subcontractors, tradesmen, foremen, workers
• Be able to represent company at project meetings or at acquiring new accounts and projects
