Provide technical leadership and expertise to guide the development and implementation of technical solutions, and ensure that all solutions are properly tested and validated. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation plans. Basic Qualifications: • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 8 years of relevant work experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar technical architecture role • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with stakeholders to achieve project goals and objectives Other Qualifications: • Expert-level certification in Servicenow Information Technology Operations Management (ITOM) - Discovery 3, demonstrating advanced knowledge and skills in IT service management and technical architecture • Strong understanding of IT service management principles, ITIL frameworks, and technical architecture best practices • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities • Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide and direct technical teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
