Job Summary A Junior Designer should create engaging designs according to requirements. You will work closely with a Senior Designer under the supervision of the Creative Director to produce high-quality work. In this role, you should be highly creative and have a sharp eye for details. Your goal will be to create impactful designs that capture and promote our company vision. Responsibilities Research and develop new ways in presenting our brand. Illustrating concepts by designing examples of art arrangement, size, type size for approval. Meet briefs and deliver quality, outstanding work. Work across multiple clients, crossing platforms, and channel. Working as part of a design team, supporting the senior creatives on client projects, though sometimes you may be asked to lead small projects of your own. Presenting your ideas with clear creative rationale. Work on a specific application or product helping take it from an idea to fully function experience. Design and manage the production of our events which will give you the opportunity to demonstrate your creativity, giving you center stage to display your work. Other duties that may be assigned from time to time. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia. Fine Art Design or related discipline. Experience in using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, and AfterEffects. Proven graphic designing knowledge. Creative in terms of visualization and conceptualization. Able to think outside the box and has originality. Demonstrable graphic design skills with strong portfolio. Able to give and receive constructive criticism. Effective time management skills, organized, self-driven, self-motivated, and ability to meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
