Creates and design visual content for various mediums which includes all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and TikTok), offline promotional materials and e-commerce. Responsible in developing engaging content that captures audience's attention through the use of graphics, illustrations, animation and other multimedia elements. Sketching ideas, crafting storyboards, designing and editing graphics and animations, selecting music and sound effects and collaborating with other team members such as video editors, social media manager to produce high-quality content that will meet the brand's needs. Quality and Consistency: Ensure creative quality and branding consistency across all marketing touchpoints in collaboration with the Art Director. Engagement: Collaborate with the cross-functional team to understand project requirements and deliver effective design solutions. Quality Assurance: Maintain high discipline in quality assurance before the hand-off of all projects. Content Creation: Create all creative marketing materials, both static and animated, for social channels (Focusing Instagram and TikTok) and offline materials. Brainstorming: Brainstorm, align and develop campaign key visuals with the team and Art Director. Innovation: Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools and technologies to continuously improve and innovate our design approach. Job Requirements: Proven experience as a Multimedia Artist or a related field, preferably with a degree in Graphic Design or Visual Design. with 1-2 years experience Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Extensive experience working in Figma and CapCut. Strong understanding of branding. Ability to work independently and as a team player. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, 100% of the time. Bonus points: Photography and experience in copywriting are an added advantage. A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects.
