What you'll do Recruit & hire at volume: source (LinkedIn Recruiter + Indeed), screen, run structured interviews, reference checks, and offers. Onboard cleanly: profiles, bios, subjects, travel radius, WWCC/ABN, policies; get tutors "placement-ready" within 72 hours. Keep supply fresh: drive weekly availability updates; deliver 2-3 tutor shortlists within 2 hours for each new student brief (Ops finalises match). Coach & support tutors: proactive post-lesson calls, practical advice, issue resolution; run quarterly check-ins. Build culture: schedule webinars/mini PDs, recognition programs, buddy/mentor pairs; maintain clear comms tone. Tighten processes: write/enforce SOPs; maintain saved replies/templates; help improve ClickUp/HubSpot/Teachworks workflows. Be reliable: cover AEST hours with a light weekend on-call rotation for urgent lesson issues.
