
Digital Marketing Lead (Offsite)

- Design and execute initiatives to grow seller-driven traffic through adoption of different off-platform ads channels
- Act as the subject matter expert for campaign strategy, execution, tracking, and measurement
- Drive strong ROAS by analyzing campaign performance and providing optimization strategies to sellers
- Lead communication with internal stakeholders (KAMs, RMs) to ensure sellers are aligned with new programs, feature rollouts, and best practices
- Manage the full offsite marketing operations workflow, from planning to reporting with cross-functional coordination
- Monitor industry trends and continuously propose improvements to strengthen offsite performance
- Build dashboards and reports to track program impact and extract actionable insights to drive results
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 7+ years in digital or performance marketing, preferably in eCommerce or agency settings
- Deep hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms
- Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and experience working with datasets to drive decisions
- Proven ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate technical insights into business impact
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Data-driven mindset with a strong focus on performance and results
