About the job Key Responsibilities: Employee Relations (ER): Act as a primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding ER issues, providing guidance on conflict resolution, performance management, disciplinary procedures, and workplace behavior. Conduct investigations into employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary matters, ensuring fairness, consistency, and confidentiality. Develop and implement strategies to promote positive employee relations and a productive work environment. Advise managers and employees on HR policies, company culture, and employee rights. Facilitate employee training and development programs related to workplace conduct and conflict resolution. Track and report trends in employee relations and provide recommendations for improvement. HRIS Management: Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality across employee records. Assist with system updates, configuration, and troubleshooting to ensure the HRIS meets the organization's evolving needs. Run regular reports from HRIS and analyze data on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, performance, compensation). Provide technical support and training to HR staff and employees on how to use HRIS effectively. Collaborate with IT and other departments to optimize the functionality of the HRIS and integrate with other systems (e.g., payroll, benefits). Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to HR data. General HR Support: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Support HR team with the recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
