You will make a direct impact by: Communicating closely with the warehouse team to ensure timely order processing. Responding to customer emails and live chats regarding product, order, and shipping inquiries. Enhancing customer satisfaction by maintaining in-depth product knowledge and adopting a solution-oriented mindset. Assisting trade members and repeat customers with pre-purchase services, including quotes and membership updates. Handling inquiries related to special orders, including custom and time-sensitive requests. Utilizing Zendesk for order management inquiries while maintaining brand tone. Collaborating across departments to provide accurate, up-to-date information. Compiling relevant data for analytics on order reporting, quality replacements, and returns. Offering feedback to improve processes based on data analysis. Managing customer returns, refunds, and replacements. Working closely with the Marketing & Trade team for successful VIP and Marketing deliveries. This Role Is for You If Experience: You have 3+ years of online operations/customer experience in a fast-growth environment You have experience troubleshooting and problem-solving in customer interactions You have experience in domestic US logistics or the retail product industry Technical Skills: You're familiar with Zendesk and Shopify (required) You're familiar with NetSuite (preferred) Non-Negotiables: You have strong resolution-oriented communication and conflict-resolution skills You are creative, organized, and thrive in deadline-driven environments You have knowledge of the shipping lifecycle and customer service experience You have proven organizational and administrative skills You can collaborate with internal departments to drive improvements Bonus Points: Familiarity with NetSuite The Role at a Glance Compensation: 30,000- 45,000 Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM-6:00 AM PH Time) Work Setup: Work From Home Tech Stack: Zendesk, Shopify, and Communication Channels (Email, Live Chats) Reports to: Customer Experience Manager Ready to find purpose in your work, unlock possibilities, and accelerate your growth Your next career chapter starts here.
