Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5-7 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable. Minimum of 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role . Strong knowledge of billing and collection systems, procedures, and best practices . Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and MS Office , especially Excel. Familiarity with financial regulations, credit risk assessment, and reconciliation processes . Proven ability to lead, train, and manage teams effectively. Strong skills in performance management , delegation, and team development. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collaborate across departments (Finance, Sales, Accounting, etc.) and communicate with clients professionally. Willing to work in Taguig City Open to full onsite work, including two full Saturdays per month Job Responsibilities Oversee the preparation, validation, and issuance of invoices, billing statements, and collection notices to ensure completeness and compliance. Ensure accurate and timely billing and collection processes in accordance with company policies and client agreements. Manage accounts receivable and collections to minimize outstanding balances and improve cash flow. Lead, train, and supervise the Billing and Collection team, ensuring performance targets and service standards are met. Monitor and analyze key billing and collection metrics ; generate reports and provide data-driven recommendations to management. Facilitate monthly reconciliation and coordination across departments (e.g., Trading, Finance, Sales, and Accounting) to ensure consistency and alignment of financial records.
