- Coordinate cross-functional planning and resource/asset production to align development and sourcing timelines with operational and departmental schedules to support successful product launches. • Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new products into the supply chain by validating costs, specifications, and system readiness.
- Negotiate supplier agreements to secure favorable pricing, production lead times, and reliability. • Develop and maintain SKU architecture, including naming conventions and classification systems, to ensure consistency across product lines and cross-functional workflows.
- Assist with documentation and compliance tracking for regulated product attributes (e.g., labeling, material certifications, or safety standards).
- Coordinate the supply chain process, including vendor communication, purchase order management, and order tracking.
- Ensure accurate tracking and optimization of all supply chain cost components across internal systems and vendor workflows.
- Identify and resolve supply chain bottlenecks, sourcing disruptions, and planning inaccuracies. • Maintain effective cross-functional communication to ensure supply chain alignment across teams. • Maintain and monitor supplier KPIs through scorecards and performance tracking.
- Quote, book, and track inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring competitive freight rates and on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping and import regulations, including customs documentation, HTS codes, and country-of-origin requirements.
- Resolve freight delays, exceptions, and delivery discrepancies through direct coordination with logistics providers.
- Reconcile shipment statuses, ETDs, ETAs, and payments for alignment across finance, operations, and inventory systems.
- Align logistics performance with supply chain goals, inventory planning, and financial reporting accuracy.
- Coordinate with 3PLs and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Implement and continuously improve scalable, efficient order flow and fulfillment processes to support operational growth.
- Investigate and resolve root-cause issues tied to inventory variance, fulfillment delays, or receiving errors.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points to ensure timely replenishment.
- Support inventory forecasting by analyzing sales trends and lead times.
- Audit and maintain inventory accuracy across systems to support operational planning and reporting. • Track open POs and inbound stock to ensure timely inventory updates and visibility. • Monitor and reconcile inventory between 3PLs' warehouse management systems and internal platforms. • Provide CX with accurate inventory insights to support clear communication of lead times and restock timelines.
- Act as an operational escalation point for CX-related fulfillment issues, delays, or inventory discrepancies. • Provide timely updates to CX on product availability, order status, and shipment coordination. • Collaborate with CX to improve service-level outcomes and address root causes of operational complaints.
- Lead cross-functional operations initiatives to support business growth, product expansion, and process improvement.
- Develop and maintain SOPs across all operational functions to ensure clarity, consistency, and accountability.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies, conducting root-cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate product and freight cost data to support budgeting, margin analysis, and financial reporting.
- Coordinate maintenance of the operations tech stack, ensuring platforms (e.g., Prediko, Flexport, Shopify) are integrated and functioning efficiently.
- Maintain system-wide data integrity across inventory, cost, pricing, and shipment modules. • Ensure accurate and timely synchronization of key operational data across all integrated platforms. • Oversee system configurations and updates to support evolving operational requirements. • Support cross-functional teams in navigating systems and troubleshooting integration or data issues.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with a focus on execution and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple workflows and timelines across teams and departments
- Comfortable working with data to support planning, tracking, and decision-making
- Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across functional areas and external partners
- Detail-oriented, process-minded, and proactive in identifying and resolving issues
- Familiarity with inventory, order management, and cross-functional operations processes
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
