Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in any course (preferably in Sales, Marketing, or other Business-related fields)
  • At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Experience in back-office or clerical support is an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, and Google Workspace applications
  • Highly coachable, adaptable, and able to prioritize across multiple tasks
  • Can work well under pressure
Responsibilities:Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify potential customers through research and networkingInitiate contact with leads via phone calls, emails, and social mediaCustomer Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong, long-term customer relationshipsManage customer accounts and ensure consistent client satisfactionSales Presentations & Product DemonstrationsConduct product presentations and demos for potential clientsHighlight key product/service features and benefitsSales Process ManagementOversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closureMeet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsNegotiation & ClosingNegotiate the terms and conditions of sales agreementsClose deals effectively and professionallyAccount ManagementDevelop and implement strategic account plans in line with customer agreementsIdentify growth opportunities within assigned accountsCustomize solutions to meet client needsAchieve sales and revenue targetsUpsell and cross-sell products and servicesNegotiate contracts and pricing with clientsCustomer SupportProvide after-sales support and handle client inquiriesResolve customer issues promptly and professionallySales Support TasksAssist in preparing sales reports, presentations, and materialsManage schedules, customer databases, and incoming inquiriesProcess orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order releaseReporting & AnalysisMaintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactionsGenerate regular reports on sales performance and market trendsCollaborationCoordinate with Operations, Finance, and CRMU teams to support seamless transactionsWork closely with other departments to enhance customer experienceInterested and qualified applicants may send their resume to the HR Department at careers@phoenixfuels.ph.
