- Build and launch campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Configure campaign structure including budgets, bidding strategies, audiences, placements, schedules, and exclusions
- Implement campaigns based on strategy briefs provided by the marketing team
- Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and on schedule
- Validate conversion tracking including GA4 events, pixels, CAPI, UTMs, and conversion actions
- Perform pre-launch QA including policy checks, URL testing, and creative verification
- Maintain documentation and change logs for campaign updates
- Identify potential issues before launch and escalate when needed
- Use AI tools to assist with ad copy drafting, headlines, and keyword ideas
- Ensure creative assets meet platform requirements and campaign objectives
- Collaborate with strategists and creative teams on campaign deliverables
- Support testing of ad variations and campaign assets
- Coordinate closely with strategists and marketing operators
- Maintain organized campaign documentation across accounts
- Ensure campaign setups follow internal standards and processes
- Communicate clearly around launch timelines and deliverables
- 3 to 5+ years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience working in agency environments or managing multiple advertising accounts
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, CAPI, and UTMs
- Experience using AI tools to assist with ad copy, keyword ideation, or campaign workflows
- Excellent attention to detail with a structured approach to campaign QA
- Strong written English communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with strategists, creatives, and technical teams
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple industries or client accounts
- Familiarity with Performance Max, Shopping campaigns, or advanced Google Ads features
- Experience working inside marketing agencies or performance marketing teams
- Exposure to automation tools or AI-assisted campaign workflows
- A short 1 to 2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and describing a campaign you built in Google Ads or Meta Ads
- A portfolio link or summary of campaigns you have built, including campaign types and industries supported
- Video Introduction - Record an video introduction to showcase your communication skills and work experience
