- Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram)
- Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and campaign structures
- Generate qualified leads and bookings through proven strategies
- Analyze campaign performance and continuously improve CPL, CTR, and ROAS
- Stay up-to-date with Meta updates, ad trends, and algorithm changes
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to execute campaigns effectivelyWhat we are looking for (Qualifications):
- Proven work experience as a Meta Ads Specialist, Media Buyer, or similar role
- Strong understanding of lead generation for service-based businesses
- Experience managing end-to-end campaigns (strategy, launch, optimization)
- Ability to analyze data and make performance-driven decisions
- Familiarity with CRM integrations
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlinesNice to Have:
- Experience running Google Ads
