The Senior Testing Analyst - Contract will write and execute test scenarios and scripts to support the delivery of an enterprise-wide digital business transformation. The role-holder will manage issues to resolution, and mentor and direct the work of junior test analysts and team members.Responsibilities:

Document detailed functional and end-user test scenarios and cases based upon business requirements and design documentation
Perform functional testing to ensure the configured system matches the configuration workbooks
Execute test cases and document issues
Provide support for issue investigation and resolution with the development team
Mentor Jr. Analyst and provide guidance regarding test methodology and expectations
Support User Acceptance Testing by preparing test scenarios in consultation with the business, and assist end users during test execution

Skills and Experience:

Experience as a Sr. Test Analyst, preferably in SF or a similar HRIS
In-depth understanding of HR processes such as recruitment/ onboarding, employee data management, leave management, learning management, goal/ performance setting and review, compensation
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional and business teams
Able to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases
Experience documenting issues and working with development teams to resolve and retest issues
Experience mentoring and coaching team members
