Responsibilities:
  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners for the Managing Director
  • Manages diary, schedules meetings, and appointments
  • Prepare minutes of meetings attended, distributes and follow through
  • Researches and gathers data/information to prepare documents or proposals required by the Managing Director
  • Provide general administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Performs other functions & similar tasks as may be assigned from time to time.
