CLIENT PROFILE: A fast-growing, venture-backed technology company transforming access to financial services through innovative, customer-focused solutions in emerging markets.Work Setup: HybridWork Location: Taguig CityWe are seeking a dynamic Promoter Manager to lead field marketing agencies and promoter teams in executing a national demand generation strategy that drives customer engagement and sales growth. This role will oversee field operations, optimize campaign performance, and ensure strong collaboration between marketing, sales, and agency partners to deliver measurable results.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of regional demand generation strategies to increase brand awareness and sales performance.
  • Manage relationships with field marketing agencies, ensuring adherence to brand standards, operational processes, and campaign objectives.
  • Set clear, measurable performance targets for promoter teams and conduct regular reviews to track progress and improve outcomes.
  • Coordinate promoter deployment and develop scalable staffing models for commercial partners to support market growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data and marketing metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with senior marketing leaders, finance, and sales teams to align field marketing initiatives with overall business goals and budgets.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, including ROI, engagement metrics, and operational insights.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Partner with internal compliance and fraud teams to implement training and controls that ensure ethical and sustainable growth.
  • Train, coach, and motivate promoter teams to maximize performance and campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in field marketing, sales management, or similar roles involving team and agency management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing budgets and evaluating marketing performance metrics in fast-paced or startup environments.
  • Proven ability to perform effectively in dynamic, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and motivate field promotion teams to achieve targets.
