reorganize existing data, and ensure accurate reporting.This role requires someone who is both technical and strategic - capable of building automations,
segmentations, and dashboards while also identifying new opportunities to improve partner lifecycle
management, organization, and sales efficiency.DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:CRM Management & Optimization
- Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, structure, and segmentation.
- Create and optimize workflows, pipelines, and automation to support lead nurturing, onboarding,
- Work closely with the Supplier Acquisition Team and account management to optimize deal stages,
- Provide training and support to internal users on HubSpot best practices
- Analyze funnel performance, customer journey data, and deal status.
- Work with Business Development Manager to measure and refine Supplier Acquisition KPIs for
- Recommend process improvements based on insights from HubSpot.
- 2+ years of experience managing HubSpot or a comparable CRM
- HubSpot Certifications (Marketing Hub, Operations Hub, or CMS Hub) are a plus
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central, DSP, or advertising data integration.
- Working knowledge of data visualization tools (Looker, Power BI, etc.).
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, lead scoring, and lifecycle automation.
- Proficiency integrating HubSpot with third-party tools and APIs.
- Analytical mindset with experience building reports and dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- CEBU: Must be living within the following cities: Cebu City, Talisay City and Mandaue City; else
- BAYBAY: Willing to relocate within Baybay if non-residents at Baybay
