Project Coordinator

• Assist the Project Manager in developing and tracking project plans, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
• Coordinate end-to-end artwork management, including version control, approvals, and timely delivery to meet production schedules.
• Report on and coordinate the packaging transition and associated liabilities to ensure zero financial impact.
• Act as a key liaison between sales, procurement, production, regulatory, quality, and logistics teams by coordinating cross-functional activities to keep deliverables on schedule, and proactively flagging any delays or disconnects to the senior project manager
• Own the accuracy and maintenance of critical project data, including timelines, project documents, and the artwork process.
• Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and presentation materials for internal stakeholders.
• Facilitate the Product Life Cycle master data setup and updates, manage the change control process, and support delisting activities in coordination with stakeholders.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to increase operational efficiency and support best practices in project coordination.

• College Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an acceptable combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least 5 years of experience as a project coordinator or project manager.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Project coordination or project support experience in Consumer Packaged Goods or manufacturing environments is required.
• Experience coordinating artwork management and packaging development processes is an asset.
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Smartsheet) and ERP systems is an asset.
