1. Provide general administrative support such as scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, and handling asset requests. 2. Manage access provisioning and deactivation for project resources. 3. Assist in vendor onboarding, including processing SARF/WO, planning seating arrangements, and related tasks. 4. Perform simple formatting, printing, and routing of documents, including contracts that require signatures and notarization. 5. Store project-related documents (artifacts) in the SharePoint repository. 6. Handle service support activities like logging and tracking project-related tickets. 7. Coordinate and route billing-related documents, such as Certificates of Completion and Acceptance (COCA). 8. Support vendor invoice processing, work with Procurement, and track financial documents in IPS. 9. Assist with application installations, evaluate tools, and manage PRR and ORR ticketing processes, as well as meet security requirements. At least 1-7 years of relevant experience as IT Project Coordinator and a Bachelor's Degree.
