Description: The primary goal of the Account Management Specialist is to achieve the company sales target through the successful execution of revenue-generating activities. This involves managing client accounts. ensuring excellent customer services, and maintaining a strong client database. Duties and Responsibilities: - Conduct active account analysis and development to expand certain clients. - Maintain an updated and sufficient database of current and prospective clients. - Ensures that client queries for in-house accounts are promptly and accurately addressed. - Prepares weekly and monthly reports related to accounts management. - Ensures that projects are properly managed both onsite and offsite. - Assist trainers in conducting training or consult services for client as needed. Qualifications: A college degree in Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, or any business-related field is preferred. Related work experience is a plus.
