Job Description Supply Forecast and Planning: Develop robust forecasting and planning approach ensuring sufficient supply of fleets (2W, 4W, Trucks), manpower, and freights (RORO, Air). Collaborate with senior leadership to define program goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) as well as growth target for each LSP to ensure sufficient supply for operational needs. Program Strategy and Growth: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to drive the growth and expansion of the LSP program, including identifying new partnerships and incubating their growth. Drive continuous improvement by analyzing trends, feedback, and operational data to identify areas for program enhancement. Partner Management and Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with LSP partners, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction to ensure their success. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to onboard new LSP partners, conduct training programs, and ensure compliance with program requirements. Regularly engage with LSP partners to understand their challenges, address concerns, and provide solutions to enhance their operational efficiency and customer service. Program Performance Analysis and Reporting: Analyze program performance metrics, operational data, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance program effectiveness. Generate regular reports and present insights to senior management, highlighting program achievements, challenges, and recommended solutions. Utilize data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and make informed decisions regarding program enhancements and resource allocation. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, operations, strategy, and legal/ compliance teams, to align program objectives with broader company goals. Requirements Bachelor&aposs degree in business, operations management, logistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Extensive experience in program management, logistics, or supply chain with at least 10 years of working experience with leadership, including managing teams and driving operational excellence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive strategic decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
