Job Description: Conceptualize, design and lead E2E projects to improve and automate Supply Chain Operations, focusing on maintaining accurate DOCs across warehouses, inter & intra warehouse logistics operations, billing, and dispute resolution with external stakeholders Develop and manage reporting systems to monitor operational performance and identify improvement areas. Collaborate with the Product, Commercial and WH Ops teams to enhance features that support inventory performance and efficiency. Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to help Commercial team to improve their overall performance. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of operational improvements, balancing operational efficiency with Commercial needs. Requirements: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field At least 3-4 years in Strategy and Operations roles with hands-on implementation experience in Operations, process improvement, or e-commerce project management. Extremely robust analytical and problem-solving skills along with an eye for fine detail Familiarity with all Supply Chain planning principles, such as demand forecasting, inventory and replenishment fundamentals (statistics) and tools such as RStudio, Python, etc Solid fundamentals of Machine Learning models will be a plus Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Be a systems thinker, with ability to design and implement automation solutions in their day to day tasks
