- Conceptualize, design and lead E2E projects to improve and automate Supply Chain Operations, focusing on maintaining accurate DOCs across warehouses, inter & intra warehouse logistics operations, billing, and dispute resolution with external stakeholders
- Develop and manage reporting systems to monitor operational performance and identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with the Product, Commercial and WH Ops teams to enhance features that support inventory performance and efficiency.
- Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to help Commercial team to improve their overall performance.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of operational improvements, balancing operational efficiency with Commercial needs.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Mathematics, Physics, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
- At least 3-4 years in Strategy and Operations roles with hands-on implementation experience in Operations, process improvement, or e-commerce project management.
- Extremely robust analytical and problem-solving skills along with an eye for fine detail
- Familiarity with all Supply Chain planning principles, such as demand forecasting, inventory and replenishment fundamentals (statistics) and tools such as RStudio, Python, etc; Solid fundamentals of Machine Learning models will be a plus
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Be a systems thinker, with ability to design and implement automation solutions in their day to day tasks
